Information you choose to provide
If you send an enquiry, your name, email address and message are handled through your email service and ours so that we can respond. Please do not send passport, payment or other highly sensitive information through a general enquiry.
Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records or meet legal obligations.
Analytics and cookie choice
Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept analytics. Advertising storage and advertising-personalisation signals remain disabled. If you reject analytics, the optional analytics script is not loaded. Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed using Cookie settings.
Essential security and delivery services may still process technical information needed to serve and protect the website.
Approximate departure location
The fare-map feature may use the visitor's general IP-derived city or region to suggest a nearby departure point. It does not request a precise street address or GPS location. Where necessary, an IP address may be sent to Travelpayouts to obtain an approximate airport or city match. The response is marked private and is not cached by Vanro Connect.
External services and booking links
Vanro Connect uses or links to third-party services including Travelpayouts, Google Analytics, Open-Meteo and named booking providers. When you follow an external link or use an embedded service, that organisation may process information under its own privacy and cookie policies.
Vanro Connect does not receive or store the payment-card details used to complete a booking on a provider's website.
Your questions and rights
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided through an enquiry, or to request an appropriate correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
